These terms apply to advertisers and publishers who work with RottenAds. Specific offers can add their own terms, which are shown on each offer.

Publishers

• Run only the traffic types allowed by each offer, in the allowed geos.
• Use only approved creatives, subject lines and from lines where the offer requires approval.
• Follow CAN-SPAM for email (the offer's suppression list, unsubscribe, physical address) and TCPA and carrier rules for SMS (prior express consent, STOP handling).
• No incentivized, bot, proxy, co-registration or call-center traffic unless the offer allows it.
• We can change payouts or pause offers at any time. We notify affected publishers by email. Conversions are paid at the payout in effect when they happen.
• Fraudulent or non-compliant conversions are not paid and can lead to account removal.
• Payments are sent weekly by wire once the account is approved, according to the terms agreed for each account.

Advertisers

• Provide accurate offer details: payout, conversion point, allowed traffic, geos, caps and restrictions.
• Report payout changes and pauses as early as possible so publishers can be notified.
• Pay invoices on the agreed terms. Scrubs and rejections must be reported with conversion-level detail.

General
